The Program Committee was formed by Paula Bustos (CREI and UPF), Bernhard Felderer (Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna) Gino Gancia (CREI and UPF), Christian Haefke (Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna) and Jaume Ventura (CREI and UPF). The conference was sponsored by the Egon Sohmen Foundation and jointly organized by CREI and the Institute for Advanced Studies (Vienna). The conference brought together top researchers working on a broad set of topics linked to international trade. Topics included: capital flows, trade and culture, trade and quality, liberalization and firm productivity, trade and firm organization, trade and labor markets.
